pandemonium of an intersection

Well today I got board after the superbowl (saints won) so I decided to watch an intersection to see how many people made mistakes while driving. I could of done that all night long but then I notice that some of my body wasn't sending any signals back to my brain, thus ended my enjoyable evening.

Used no Turn Lights: 54  
 (plus 1 fire truck, this made me laugh like a pre-pubescent monkey[this is an RvB quote])
No Seat Belt on: 28  
 (plus 1 police car, should we be worried?)
Red Lights ran: 10
 (thats a lot for one night)
Using a Cell Phone: 15
 (it's not really a mistake but it's a pretty effective distraction....)

    in what season in RVB is that quote? because i have not heard any thing like that in the RVB searies. (ps. when do you want all of the RVB seasons because i have all of them and plus some bonus eposides)
